This week sees Sufjan Stevens release his 9th album, an instrumental multimedia experience called The BQE, an exploration of The Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. The project originally manifested in the form of a live show, performed Nov. 1-3, 2007. The show consisted of an original film, directed and written by Stevens, accompanied by an orchestra performing a live soundtrack.

This package includes an original View-Master (available only from Rough Trade Shop), CD and DVD, which includes the original 16mm / 8mm film (in widescreen ‘triptych’ display) and the original motion picture soundtrack, a 40-page booklet (with extensive liner notes and photographs), and a stereoscopic 3D View-Master image reel.
